Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If however, within 9 days of the invoice date, you wish to return your purchase for a full refund please:

1. Fill in our Merchandise Return Form
2. Include a copy of this with the merchandise and the original packaging.
3. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase and ship it, with a return receipt, through the U.S. Postal Service to the address listed on the return form.

We will call or send you an e-mail upon receipt of the merchandise. A full refund will be issued, less the shipping / handling / insurance charges, within 3 days of this confirmation.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you may exchange your original purchase for another selection, provided they are returned within 9 days of purchase. If you choose this option, we will issue you a full credit against another selection of your choice. Please follow the preceding steps:

1. Fill in our Merchandise Exchange Form
2. Include a copy of this with the merchandise and the original packing.
3. Insure the package for the full amount of the purchase and ship it, with a return receipt, through the U.S. Postal Service to the address listed on the return form.

We will call or send you an e-mail upon receipt of the merchandise. A full credit note will be issued, less the shipping / handling / insurance charges, within 5 business days of this confirmation.
